You can book an appointment online through our website, call us at (905) 479-7777, or email us at appointments@vitalityhealth.com. We typically have availability within 1-2 weeks. For emergencies, we keep urgent slots available for same-day care.
We welcome new patients! For your first visit, bring your insurance card, a photo ID, and any existing dental X-rays from your previous dentist (if available). We also ask you to arrive 10 minutes early to complete patient intake forms. You can download our patient forms online before your visit to save time.
Your first appointment includes a comprehensive examination, professional cleaning, and digital imaging (X-rays and photos). Our dentist will discuss your oral health, review your treatment needs, and answer any questions. This appointment typically takes 60-90 minutes.
Yes. We have five specialist dentists on staff. When you call or book an appointment online, let us know your preference. We'll do our best to accommodate, though availability may vary. If you don't have a preference, we'll match you with the dentist best suited to your treatment needs.
We don't typically accept walk-ins, but we prioritize urgent care. If you're in pain or have a dental emergency, call us immediately at (905) 479-7777. We usually can fit emergency patients into our same-day schedule.
Monday and Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Wednesday and Thursday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Saturday: By appointment. We're closed Sundays.

We're located at 4792 Highway 7 East, Markham, ON L3R 1M8, on the south side of Highway 7, just east of McCowan Road. We have free, ample parking directly in front of our office. Our location is easily accessible from Highway 404 and 401.
Yes, our office is fully wheelchair accessible. We have accessible parking, a ground-floor entrance, and an accessible treatment area. If you have specific accessibility needs, please let us know when you book your appointment.
Our team speaks English, Mandarin Chinese, Korean, Italian, and Spanish. Dr. Julien Kim is fluent in Korean, Mandarin, and English. Dr. Claudio Tocchio speaks Italian. If you need interpretation in another language, we can arrange a professional interpreter for your appointment.
Absolutely. We welcome pediatric patients and have experience treating children of all ages. One of our dental anaesthetists is our dental anesthesiologist, so we offer safe sedation options for anxious or young patients. Ask about our children's dental care program.
Yes, we have a comfortable waiting area with WiFi, refreshments, and entertainment. Parents and caregivers are welcome to accompany patients. For some procedures, we encourage support persons to be present.

We offer nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and IV sedation depending on your procedure and anxiety level. One of our dental anaesthetists is a dental anesthesiologist (MD), so you're in expert hands. We'll discuss sedation options during your consultation and ensure you're completely comfortable. You'll need someone to drive you home if you receive sedation.
Yes, we prioritize urgent care. If you're experiencing dental pain or trauma, call us immediately at (905) 479-7777. We typically can see emergency patients on the same day or next morning. After-hours emergencies can be directed to an emergency dental clinic.
We use 3D CBCT imaging for advanced diagnostics, intraoral scanners for precision impressions, computer-guided surgery for implants, and our in-house digital dental lab for same-day restorations. Our advanced technology means faster, more accurate, and more comfortable treatment.
Yes! Our in-house CAD/CAM milling system allows us to design and fabricate crowns in a single appointment. No temporary crowns, no multiple visits. We can also create same-day fillings, inlays, and other restorations in many cases.
Implant costs vary based on complexity, bone grafting needs, and restoration type. Dr. Raj Singh, our implant dentist with 30+ years of implant experience and over 20,000 implants placed, will provide a detailed cost estimate after your consultation. Most insurance covers preventive care (cleanings, exams) at 100%, basic care (fillings) at 80%, and major work (crowns, implants) at 50%. Coverage varies by plan. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to understand your expected costs before treatment.
